You will need to download the latest BIOS here

Download the BIOS file and unzip/extract it.
Then use the biosrenamer tool to convert it to the correct format.
Copy the file to a FAT32 formatted USB stick
Connect the main 24 pin power and 8 pin EPS power to the motherboard
Insert the USB stick into the BIOS flashback port
Switch on Power supply
Press the BIOS flashback button on the rear IO for 3 seconds
the Green led should flash slowly for a while, then speed up, then turn off.
The BIOS is now flashed and ready for your new processor or system build.
